Company Policy/Service Contract

1) Service Disclaimer: We at Brisk Web, Inc strive to do our very best to provide the best internet service possible. We cannot take responsibility for loss of data, interrupted communications, nor damage to equipment or otherwise due to use of our service.

Email addresses on the "briskweb.net" domain are restricted to private/small business use only.

The Following are considered banable offense and strictly prohibited:

Extreme amounts of email traffic to or from an account. (Signifying mass mailing)
Email broadcasting or mass mailing.
Soliciting to other users on our service without their acceptance.
Spam propagation of any sort.

2) Account Use: Accounts are allowed to be used: In one household, by one person, or on one computer. If someone who was using the service no longer fits this criteria, they should signup a dialup account of their own.

3) Payment: Service months are pre-paid. Upon signup your billing schedule will be modified to the 25th of the month. Each month of service will begin on the 1st, and end at the last day of that month. Service terminations will not be pro-rated. Payment for the upcoming month is due by the 25th of the current paid month otherwise the account will be terminated by noon on the last day of that month. The account will not be reactived afterwords until full payment arrives. In the case your payment will be detained, please call our office to make payment arrangements.

4) Payment Notifications: Our office strives to keep you well informed of your current account standings. We send out invoices on the 10th of the paid month to be paid by the 25th for the upcoming months service. Upon request we also provide courtesy calls, this service will require you having an answering service.

5) Termination: If you'd like to terminate your service you must notify us by phone or email to billing@briskweb.net of your wish to terminate. Termination notice must be on a business weekday before the end of the paid service month. If you wish to terminate your account temporarily for the purpose of vacation, broken computer, etc we will terminate your account and not charge for any unused months of service.

6) Liability: All liability for any costs incurred in the process of collecting payment will be the responsibility of the user. This would include a 3rd party collection agencies cost & or court fee's if necessary.

7) Contact Information: We mandate that we keep your current contact information on file so that we can contact you. If you plan on moving or changing your phone number please notify our office as soon as possible. Your contact information will not be released to 3rd parties or anyone not employed by Brisk Web, Inc. Employees of Brisk Web, Inc. are not allowed to use your information for any reason other that what is mandated by the company in order for it to function properly.

Use of our service indicates your agreement to the above terms of service.
